Rodoc was in hot pursuit of the Starbird as he hurtled through a narrow gorge when there was a blinding flash and he seemed to have been transported into a totally different area. On all sides of him rose huge ice mountains. The Starbird had come to a slithering stop.  Whilst in front of her was stationed an enormous white figure.  Rodoc knew instinctively, that the creature that he was observing was the mythical snow leopard.

“I would like you to meet an old and very dear friend of mine. He is called Cuddles” said the Starbird.

“Well, what a very strange name to call him.  He doesn’t seem very cuddly to me” said Rodoc.

“Yes, I expected some weird comment, issuing from a bald minute flying chicken, such as you” said the Snow leopard.
